ARRIVAL AT MUSCAT
Upon arrival at Muscat International Airport, proceed with the visa formalities as outlined in the notes below. After completing immigration and customs procedures, we will be transferred to hotel for check-in. Enjoy a relaxing evening. Night stay at MUSCAT.

FULL DAY MUSCAT TOUR
After breakfast at the hotel, begin a full-day tour of Muscat with a visit to the majestic Grand Mosque, featuring a massive Persian carpet and Swarovski chandelier. Drive through the Ministry district and stop at the Royal Opera House, followed by a photo stop at the Sultan’s Al Alam Palace and views of the historic Mirani and Jalali forts. Visit Bait Al Zubair Museum to explore Omani heritage, then enjoy shopping at the traditional Muttrah Souq. Return to the hotel in the evening. Night stay at MUSCAT.
(Please note: The Grand Mosque requires modest attire. Women must cover hair, arms, and legs; men must wear long trousers and shirts and it is closed to visitors on Fridays).

MUSCAT – BIMAH SINKHOLE – WADI SHAB – WADI TIWI – SUR – RAS AL JINZ TURTLE WATCHING – SUR AREA
After breakfast at the hotel before heading to the stunning Bimah Sinkhole, a natural water-filled depression said to be formed by a meteor. Continue to Wadi Shab for a photo stop, where freshwater streams meet the sea in a unique natural setting. Then visit Wadi Tiwi, a dramatic gorge lined with traditional villages and lush plantations. Arrive in the coastal city of Sur to explore a traditional dhow factory and capture a photo at the Al Ayjah Lighthouse. In the evening, visit the Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve, one of the most important nesting sites for endangered green turtles, Chelonia Mydas, in the Indian Ocean. Later return to the hotel for the night. Night stay in the SUR AREA.

SUR AREA HOTEL – AL ASHKARA – JALAN BANI BU ALI & JALAN BANI BU HASAN – WADI BANI KHALID – WAHIBA DESERT – WAHIBA
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and head to Al Ashkara for a photo stop at its dramatic beaches, known for rough tides and birdlife. Continue to Jalan Bani Bu Ali to see the iconic 52-domed Hammouda Mosque, then visit the restored Jalan Bani Bu Hasan Castle. Explore the stunning Wadi Bani Khalid with its crystal-clear pools, perfect for a swim. By late afternoon, arrive at Wahiba Sands to enjoy a breath taking desert sunset before driving through the dunes to desert camp for the night. Night stay at WAHIBA DESERT CAMP.

WAHIBA CAMP – SINAW BEDOUIN MARKET (THURSDAY) – BAHLA FORT PHOTO – JIBRIN CASTLE – NIZWA
After breakfast heading to the vibrant Sinaw Market, a bustling Thursday bazaar where Bedouins trade livestock, staples, and handicrafts from early morning until 1 PM. Continue to the beautifully preserved Jibrin Castle, known for its intricate Islamic frescoes, carved wooden doors, and a falaj that runs through its five floors and 55 rooms. Stop for a photo at the majestic Bahla Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site dating back to the 3rd millennium BC. Conclude the day with an overnight stay at a hotel in Nizwa. Night stay at NIZWA.

NIZWA HOTEL – NIZWA VISIT & LIVESTOCK MARKET (FRIDAY) – NAKHAL FORT– AIN THAWARA – RUSTAQ FORT – MUSCAT AIRPORT DEPARTURE
After breakfast at the hotel, visit Nizwa, the former capital of Oman, to explore the 17th-century Nizwa Fort and its vibrant souq filled with traditional crafts and local produce. Continue to the palm-filled village of Nakhal for a photo stop at the 16th-century Nakhal Fort, then relax at the nearby Ain Thawara hot spring nestled in the foothills of the Al Hajar Mountains. End the journey with a photostop at the historic Rustaq Fort (Optional Entry) before transferring to Muscat Airport for return fight back home.

Oman Country Rules
- Climate & Best Time To Visit - Oman has a subtropical dry and warm desert atmosphere. Summers are hot. Best time to explore Oman is considered to be between Octobers to March.
- Language The primary language is Arabic, but English is widely understood by the majority of the population.
- Dressing you should dress modestly in public areas. Clothes should be loosely fitted and cover the tops of the arms and legs (below the knee). For females your head should be covered when you enter in any mosque
- Time Zone The time zone in Oman is GMT+4.
- Electricity The normal voltage is 220 V and the normal frequency is 50Hz. Plug & sockets form are type G.
- Alcohol it is illegal to carry liquor in your car and drinking in public areas is a criminal offense. It is possible for tourists above 21 to buy and drink alcohol in licensed venues, such as hotels, restaurants and clubs. Non-Muslims are permitted to bring in two liters of alcohol by air only.
- Conduct it is always best to ask for permission before taking photographs of people, especially of women and children.
