ARRIVAL IN PARO – THIMPU
Arrival at Paro transfer to Thimpu (65 kms, 1.30 hrs). On arrival in Thimpu transfer to the hotel. Evening free for leisure or roam around Thimpu market (on your own). Night stay at THIMPU.

THIMPU
After breakfast, visit the huge open air Buddha Dordenma statue, Takin Reserve (Bhutan`s national animal). After lunch, visit the Folk Heritage Museum and National Handicraft Emporium. Evening free to roam around Thimpu market (on your own). Night stay at THIMPU.

THIMPU – PUNAKHA – THIMPU
After breakfast an excursion to Punakha (145 kms to & fro) via Do-Chula Pass (10000 ft.) where you can visit 108 Chorten memorials. On arrival in Punakha, visit Punakha Dzong (Bhutan`s old capital) on the confluence of Po chu & Mo chu rivers and after lunch visit Suspension Bridge. Later proceed to Thimpu by the same route. Evening free for leisure. Night stay at THIMPU.

THIMPU – PARO
After breakfast, proceed to Paro (56 kms, 1.5 hrs), visit Airport view point, Paro Museum, Paro Dzong. After lunch, free time for shopping in the colorful Paro market. Transfer to the hotel. Night stay at PARO.

Early morning visit Tiger Nest (Taktsang) Monastery (optional) by trek (6 hrs to and fro) or visit Chelela Pass from where you can see the entire Himalayan range and the 3 highest peak of Bhutan, Jhomolhari and back to the hotel for lunch. Evening free for shopping in the beautiful Paro market. Night stay at PARO.
