01
DAY 01 : MUMBAI – YANGOON (BY AIR)
Departure to Yangoon by Air. On arrival at Yangoon International Airport and after clearing all customs and immigration procedures. Transfer to hotel, after fresh up visits to Sule Pagoda, Botataung Pagoda, Chinatown and the fruit market and shopping at Bogyok Aung San (Scott) Market,
the city’s busiest & liveliest bazaar. Evening free at leisure. Overnight at YANGOON.

DAY 02 : YANGOON – BAGAN (BY AIR) – BAGAN SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast transfer to Yangoon Airport for flight to Bagan. On arrival at Nyaung Oo Airport, you will be transferred to hotel for refreshment. After fresh up visit Shwezigon Pagoda, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi (a cave temple with exquisite jatakas murals paintings) and the elegant Htilominlo Temple (noted for its plaster carvings) and Tharaba Gate. More explorations of Bagan in the afternoon including visits to Ananda (an architectural masterpiece of the early-style temple), Ananda Okkyaung
(one of the few surviving brick monasteries from the early Bagan period), Thatbyinnyu (the highest in Bagan, rising to 61 m) and Dhammayangyi Temple (noted for its remarkable brickwork). Enjoy the fantastic sunset view at one of the famous temples. Overnight at BAGAN.

DAY 03 : BAGAN SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast sightseeing of Bagan including colourful Nyaung Oo Local Market, proceed to Myinkaba village and observe the process of traditional lacquer-ware, one of the best-known Myanmar handicrafts and a speciality of Bagan. Visit Myinkaba Gubyaukkyi (an early period Pyu-style temple of Hindu influence). Next, stop at Manuha and Nanpaya temples. In the afternoon, enjoy an excursion to the countryside, to the village of Minnanthu. A visit to some of the most interesting temples such as Payathonzu, Lemyethnar, Sinbyushin, Nandaminnya and Minnanthu monastery. Overnight at BAGAN.

DAY 04 : BAGAN – INLE LAKE
After breakfast, drive from Bagan to Inle Lake (210 kms, 7 hours). On arrival transfer to hotel and enjoy leisure time on the bank of Inle lake enjoying the sunset. Inle is the second largest lake in Myanmar and measures about 70 Sq km. Located at an altitude of 880 meters, the lake is also one of the highest in the country, with a cool climate and exceptional flora and fauna. Inle is famous for its unique leg-rowers. This unusual style of rowing requires remarkable balance and definitely takes
some practice. Overnight at INLE LAKE.

DAY 05 : INLE LAKE SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast begin your day in Inle Lake, discover the weaving village of Inpawkon and Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda. Learn more about the traditional weaving process and visit the sacred Buddha images at the pagoda. Continue by boat over the Inle Lake and observe the floating gardens, which are built-up from strips of water hyacinth and mud and are anchored to the bottom with bamboo poles. The gardens mainly consist of tomatoes and beans and have formed over the years a maze of
canals at the south end of the lake. Later visit the jumping cat monastery, with beautiful antique Buddha statues. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Then take a Visit a floating village at Ywama (the lake’s downtown) where a floating market is held every 5 days. You will also be able to see how people have been living in the houses built on stilts as you pass them in your boat. Return to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight at INLE LAKE.

DAY 06 : INLE LAKE - HEHO - YANGON (BY AIR)
After breakfast departure to airport to fly to Yangon from Heho Airport. Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, proceed to Hotel. After fresh up visit Yangon Town, The city of Yangon is home to a vast collection of cultural sites. Start your first day in Yangon by visiting to Shwedagon Pagoda, also known as the Golden pagoda – its stupa dominates the city’s skyline. Lunch will be waiting for you at a local restaurant. Then continue with a drive to the Eastern stairway of Shwedagon, stop for a photo outside of the gate at the Martyr’s mausoleum. Finally, visit to Chaukhtatkyi, known for the Reclining Buddha that measures 70 meters in length and visit to the one of the monasteries in the Chaukhtetkyi compound. Take a photo half at Karaweik Royal Barge (a royal floating barge on the Kandawgyi Royal Lake). Finish your trip at the colonial landmark Strand Hotel and enjoy a coffee or tea in the Strand Café (if time permits). Evening at leisure. Overnight at YANGOON.

DAY 07 : YANGON – MUMBAI (BY AIR)
After breakfast departure to Mumbai. Transfer to the airport for onward journey to your hometown.
